You may contact the brand manufactuer to solve the problem. Thanks for the idea, but I want to try and see if its a software issue first. Like I said before, this computer is refurbished, so I have no idea what parts are from where. Dealing with a software issue, at least for me, is way easier than taking a computer apart, finding manufacturer info, then putting it back together. I will definitely keep this in mind though because it is a good suggestion.
For now though, I'm gunna exhaust all software solutions first, so I don't screw something up and actually destroy my PC.
I understand your mood. Another warm tip for your easy reference: Normally if you observe the jack of your headphone: When there are three rings, it has functions both audio input and output.
Whicle when there are onlyl two rings, no matter how perfect the computer function is, it could only input or output. So if your headset is confirmed to have both audio input and output functions, you need to contact the headset or computer motherboard manufacturer to solve this problem.
The fact that it only gives you 3 options line in, mic and headphones and not headset means that the PC case is mislabeled. It does not make any design sense to give you 2 front headphone outputs. If you have 2 front audio jacks 1 is headphone and the other one is mic. I wonder is there a Reatek installed on your computer? With which could allow dual audio output.
It should be displayed here if Reatek has been installed on your computer. Looking at the headset jack, it definitely has 3 rings.

It gives me three options. The first is Line In, then Mic, then Headphones. I've tested all three options, trying to use both my headphones and mic at the same time. The Line In and Mic options will only use the mic, where as the Headphones option will only allow me to hear audio through the headset. So both options work in this input, but they won't work together.
I've spend days trying to fix it, I've scoured the internet to see if others have the same issue and how they fixed it, hoping it could help me too. Nothing I found seemed to be anything close to the issues I'm having, or the people aren't using DTS so its unhelpful. Am I doing something wrong? Did I not set up my PC properly?
Or is this DTS program I've never even heard of before the problem? If so, how do I fix it? This could be caused by audio card. You could try to uninstall and reinsstall the audio card driver and see if the problem solved.

I'm not entirely sure how to go about this, since I've never had this much of an issue with a PC before so forgive me if how I'm saying this seems scattered or doesn't make sense. Feel free to ask for any info needed to help fix the issue, though you might need to give me instructions on how to get that info since its been a while since I used a newer PC. Anyway, I've had this PC I bought about a year ago and never got to using until recently.
Its refurbished, but it works really good, except when it comes to a headset. This PC itself has two headphone inputs on the front. It does, just not together. It gives me three options.
